A very important aspect of marketing and promoting your business is article marketing. This may sound like a daunting task to some of you, but it's actually pretty easy once you try it a time or two. To get a feeling for how to write articles, read some other's articles that pertain to the subject you are writing about. You can find articles on absolutely any subject easily on the internet. Just type in "free articles", do a search and you will get hundreds of thousands of article sites come up. On each one of these sites there are hundreds of articles available on every subject you can imagine.
Once you get a feel of how to write articles, start writing your own! I suggest writing at least 2 -3 articles per week (I write nearly every day) and sumitting them to article sites. When you publish an article, there is usually an author box at the bottom where you give your information. Be sure to include the url of your website! When others visit these sites and use your article on their own site, you have a free link pointing to your site - it's free advertisement! Search engines really pick up on your site when you have alot of articles published. You win two ways with this method of advertising.

In order to be successful in any home business, you must learn to network with others. Simply placing ads, posting in forums, using traffic exchanges and all of the other methods you've probably heard of do not work on their own. All you may get out of this is a bad name! You must make friends with others who have online business. Sharing ideas with others, getting to know people in your networks, on forums, etc. makes you much warmer and real to others, and they will begin to take note of your business, take some of your advice, and even join your programs. Network marketing is a MUST for any online business. Spreading the word through network marketing works wonders for any business, and is much more effective than just blatant advertising!
